Yolande obtained a Bachelor's degree in Theopsycho Social Therapy at Trinity International Bible University, National Certificate Biblical Counselling, (Cum Laude) NWU and National Diploma Biblical Counselling, (Cum Laude) NWU.

She has 12 years training experience, and has completed numerous courses, mainly in Human Resources Management, Training & Development and Creative Writing. She has also obtained a qualification as an accredited Brain Profiling Practitioner.

Yolande has facilitated numerous training and consulting interventions for many major organisations in corporate South Africa. She builds strong long term partnership with her clients and often get request to address staff on many social and professional topics.
