William has over 07 years of facilitation experience and is a subject matter specialist in, Customer Service Excellence, Business Writing, Meetings and Minute Taking, Presentation Skills, Train the Trainer, Telesales, Call Centre training, and is also an exceptional motivational speaker.

He has facilitated on a range of subjects to over 200 municipalities and Government Institutions, and a vast range of private, public and corporate companies including Stats SA, Development Bank of Southern Africa, Reserve Bank, the Presidency, Hollard, Tswane University of Technology, University of Pretoria legal campus, Wits University, Alexander Forbes, Deloitte, and many others.
