How does it work?

The Game Plan is a web-based intervention to which all of your employees will have access via a personal user ID and password. Each month a different theme, critical to on-going business success, is addressed, containing practical hints and tips. A survey questionnaire on the theme further elicits response from your team. This survey provides employees with the opportunity to provide feedback to the business with their concerns/input.

The program allows anonymity, ensuring that employees will be willing to share their views confidentially. Feedback from the monthly survey will be made available to the HR manager in the form of a report with graphs. The Game Plan allows for all aspects critical to the ongoing success of the business to be communicated consistently, clearly and forcefully and to be integrated into the DNA of the business.
