Team Building Activities are designed to help people to get to know and understand their fellow team members better and to help groups develop more effective communication & problem-solving skills. Seeing that expectations, objectives, company culture and numbers are different for each and every group, collaboration with decision-makers ensure that our team building activities are tailor-made to the needs of our clients. Quotes are also based on the specific need of the client and can be provided once an obligation-free needs assessment was done by a facilitator. Team building activities are not of a physical nature (climbing, swimming etc.) but is based on creative and narrative activities enabling the facilitator to include the broadest spectrum of participants.
A team building event will typically consist of:
- Ice breaker activity & introduction of presenter
- Dividing into smaller groups by means of an activity
- 30 minute activity through which knowledge is shared (voluntarily) between group members
- Total group: objective is reiterated and outline provided (presenter)
- Activity explained & materials for activity/activities handed out. (presenter)
- 2-4 hours allowed for activity/acitivities (depending on what has been decided on in collaboration with decision makers)
- Feedback from groups
- Learning experiences and key moments identified by all (open group discussion)
- Linking key moments to objective (presenter)
- Open group 10 minute focus session
- Public feedback session (open group: 10 – 15 minutes)
