Y GENERATION (born 1980 -1995) TEABAG WORKSHOP

"A woman is like a teabag, it is only when she is in hot water
that you realise how strong she is"

South African women are even stronger, because we are rooibos teabags! Invite your girlfriends and join Elmarie Pretorius for another fun-filled morning workshop.

Topic up for discussion: The Y Generation

Our children, our new employees, our new customers

Generation Y (born 1980 -1995) – what makes them tick?  How do they communicate?  How do we manage them at home and at work? How do we sell our products to them?  This presentation will give you a snapshot of this generation and will increase your understanding of their choices, their behaviour and their goals.  It will also deal with the benefits and dangers of social networking and how businesses and individuals can use the new technologies to their own benefit and in conjunction with the needs of the new generation.

You will learn
  • What is important to this generation?
  • How this new generation communicates
  • What their view of the world is and how this influences their behaviour
  • What you can expect from them in the workplace
  • How they perceive and deal with authority
  • How they deal with change and diversity
  • How they perceive your advertising and marketing messages
  • How to manage them
  • How to market to them
