Team Building

“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success” - Henry Ford

One of the most commonly-used jargons in the management world describes the word “TEAM” as an acronym where T represents Together, E stands for Everyone, A signifies Achieves and M indicates More. This just underlines that businesses realise that though individual performances can lead to sharp spikes in their growth, it is teamwork and a healthy work environment that can sustain a progressive, sky-facing trajectory of growth. This isn't surprising since most of us realise that Teamwork or working together in a cohesive manner raises our individual and the organisational performance.

Teams often arise when employees come together to accomplish a common goal. Teamwork within the workplace not only benefits your workers but also significantly affects in your business.

Teamwork enables you to accomplish tasks faster and more efficiently than tackling projects individually. Cooperating together on various tasks reduces workloads for all employees by enabling them to share responsibilities or ideas. Teamwork also reduces the work pressure on every worker, which allows him to be thorough in the completion of the assigned roles.

This intense and practical workshop will focus on improving the inter-personal relationships within your team through improved communication, an understanding of how to deal with a difficult conversation (performance management discussions, altering behavior etc.), understanding the ingredients that creates great teams, how to assign responsibilities and ensure accountability, how to delegate effectively and how to understand and positively influence the behaviours within a team through the powerful theory of Transactional Analysis.
