Our Management Training is aimed at middle managers, supervisors and employees who have been earmarked for succession.  The training on offer includes Develop your Leadership, Managing with Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skills, Change & Diversity Management, Conflict & Anger Management and Time & Stress Management. 

We also facilitate a Management Development Programme consisting of 6 modules and is presented over the course of 6 months.

Most courses are available as either public or in-house interventions.  In-house facilitation includes a face-to-face meeting to ensure that we have an understanding of your specific culture, training requirements and will allow us to customise the intervention to suit your specific needs.

The purpose of the Employment Equity Act, No 55 of 1998 is to achieve equity in the workplace by promoting equal opportunity and fair treatment in employment through elimination of unfair discrimination and implementing affirmative action measures to redress the disadvantages in employment experienced by designated groups, in order to ensure equitable representation in all occupational categories and levels in the workforce.
