Valerie Ndou is a leadership coach and facilitator. She is passionate about organisational excellence and believes that this is achieved primarily through developing leaders at all levels of the organisation.
Valerie holds a Master of Organisational Leadership degree from Regent University (Virginia, USA) with a concentration on Leadership Coaching and Mentoring. This is complemented by her 15 years of working experience in various roles right up to executive level, where she was employed as Corporate Services Executive at merSETA. During this time Valerie was responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Human Resources, Governance and Marketing units of the organisation.
Valerie is a competent training facilitator and Transformational Leadership Coach who has successfully completed her Accelerated Coach Training and Development (ACT) qualification in association with the International Coach Federation.
Valerie has lectured at Monash South Africa in the School of Business and Economics. She is registered with the South African Board of People Practitioners (SABPP) as a Chartered HR Professional (Learning and Development) as well as Commissioner of Oaths.
Valerie facilitate modules relating to Leadership, Strategic Management,Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources Management.
