Mr. Tebo public speaker, trainer, business coach and lecturer obtained an MBA degree from The Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA) and started his career as Research Officer at Plush 94 Research. He has held various supervisory and leadership positions at African Rural Girl Child Foundation (ARUGIC), Afrika Village Projects and Junior Chambers International (JCI) were he served as National President in 2016. Tebo is currently serving as the Managing Partner at Group Afrique Consulting, African Small Business Development Institute (ASBDI) and Africlo Financial Services. Tebo’s leadership abilities saw him lead South Africa’s debate team for the JCI Africa and Middle East Debate Competition were South Africa won the competition. He has also represented South Africa at the United Nations Global Compact Summit, JCI Global Leadership Summit and The African Youth Summit.
Between 2013 and 2016, Tebo appeared on SABC Making Moves TV program where he coached and mentored entrepreneurs and small businesses. His commitment to business and citizenry development has led him to apply his insightful experience and passion in the field of advancing and delivery of innovative business and people solutions through strategic training interventions.
Tebo has facilitated interventions on, Strategic Planning, Talent Management, Risk Management, Ethical Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Knowledge and Change Management, Corporate Governance, Leadership Development, Supervisor Development, Records Management, Supply Chain Management, Team Effectiveness and Monitoring and Evaluation, just to name a few.
Tebo has over the past 10 years facilitated various strategic and training interventions for clients such as City of Johannesburg, Johannesburg Water, Jo-Anne Nursing College, Road Accident Fund, Weather South Africa, City of Cape Town, Lion Match, Volvo South Africa, The National Heritage Council, and The Namibian National Defense Force, Namibian Parliament, Council For Geoscience, Vodacom Congo, Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants, Uganda Road Authority, Law Society of SA, SAS Fin Bank, World Wide Fund for Nature and Office of the Premier Eastern Cape Province, just to name a few.
