My career started within the training environment in 1990 within the franchise industry (where I began my development within the training, development and personnel (Old manpower division) arenas. I studied Human Resources and Training and Development, Personnel Management and Business Management at various institutes; RAU, IPM, Unisa and numerous other providers. I have always believed in ongoing self development – Never too old to learn! I am an accredited Skills Development Facilitator, Facilitator, Assessor, Moderator, HR Associate with SABPP and full member of SAIM. I have completed various psychometric courses, namely Shadow Match and HBDI.
I have an absolute passion for people. I love what I do and do what I love. I am a highly motivated individual and I enjoy and thrive on new challenges. Enjoy every facilitation encounter and I also learn so much from the interaction. Have high energy levels and thrive on interaction.
I gained excellent experience in the Franchise environment, where I have managed the full training and development and Human Resource function. I have gained experience in the various areas within the corporate business environment, including Communication, Business Management, Staff Management, Basic Adult Education, Business Analysis (Scorecard), soft skills, life skills and Office administration. I have focused extensively on Facilitation, assessment and training at all levels within the business environment, as an external consultant. Knowledge of various SAQA Acts, Involvement in various SETA projects, Project Management and Business Analysis. Exposure to the Financial institutions environment through eBucks.com and Business Analysis for Absa Bank, and numerous other projects within all the banking institutions, as external contractor. Positions I have had : Group Training Manager for Pleasure Foods, General Manager Franchising and Operations for Real Vision and in 2000 I began my consulting journey. Was Account Manager for eBucks.com for a year until 2001, and since have been contracting to numerous agents. Was also Manager of Leadership Development for the Servest group and started their in-house Centre of Excellence Academy, which currently runs two management programmes.

I have developed various performance management processes, profiling methodology, recruitment strategy and then succession planning.
