Brain Profiling Workshop

Brain Profiles are used to measure an individual’s thinking preferences. The knowledge of such preferences of people in an organisation can be applied to appoint people in positions most suited to them, help with conflict management, ensure clear communication and enhance tolerance amongst employees for one another. The knowledge of brain preferences of clients and even potential clients can also be successfully applied in sales & marketing. When considering changes within a company or even department, when dealing with undue negativity and especially when appointing leaders, knowledge of thinking preferences is crucial. It is also used very successfully as a team-building tool and to enhance collaboration amongst employees in any one departments. Using brain preferences to get two departments to work together more effectively has proven very successful, especially amongst departments such as sales and administration who traditionally tend to have higher levels of conflict with one another.

After employees have completed their profiles and received the results, a workshop is run whereby differences, similarities, characteristics and preferences (and the impact all these have) are explained. Practical application of this knowledge is done by means of interactive and fun exercises. The workplace will never be the same again!
